At Gym Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you have the right tools to reach your fitness goals without any hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Gym Gear account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is clean and free of chalk or sweat marks.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
